The social section of the dashboard in a nutshell displays how your ad has performed over various social media platforms chosen by the app advertiser. 

The section is divided into five parts - 

  • Channel Summary - An overall description of impressions, clicks, purchase, CTR, performance of ads on various channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and more.
  • Audience - Granular reports on the audience that engaged with the ad including the age group and the gender.
  • Creatives - A visual representation of the performance of various types of ad creatives including installs and purchases. 
  • Device - Detailed report on the performance of ads on various devices such as Oppo, Samsung, Vivo, and more. 
  • Region - This part of the dashboard shows the graph on how various regions performed and engaged with the ads.

To access Social on the mInsight dashboard,

  1. Log in to the MAAS dashboard with the username and password provided by the MAAS customer team.
  2. Click on Social on the left section of the dashboard.
  3. Choose the campaign name by clicking on the Campaign toggle bar and selecting the date you want to view the data for.
  4. You can now view campaign analytics by section.
  5. To select or unselect campaign metrics, click on Optional Metrics and add or remove features.
